Tall Ceramic Mantel Clock with Enclosed Face - Speckled Red

A tall ceramic mantel clock in a speckled red glaze that measures 18 inches tall to the top of the decorative swirl at the top. Handmade and hand-glazed.

This is battery-operated with a single battery supplied and is non-ticking with a sweep second hand in an enclosed clock face.

The glaze on this clock was inspired by Red Jasper a member of the Chalcedony mineral class. It is an opaque version of quartz with a vitreous lustre and opaque transparency. Red Jasper, often called the Stone of Endurance, is a gentle but vital stimulator of chi or life force, bringing physical strength, energy, stamina, focus, and determination.
